I searched the internet and found that these three drugs, Avodat Propecia manoxinil, are useful for hair loss

It's supposed to prevent hair loss

Some of you said that there are people who have fuller hair and people who don't have much hair

It clearly says that it doesn't act as hair growth, but only as a hair loss prevention

What happened to those people?
