The 3.5 megabytes of capacity will probably be divided and made. ^^;
It's a three-page booting disk, and it'll come out like this, plug in one and create a booting CD, and plug in the next.

Just make a boot CD, as your subordinate said.
All operating system booting CD images will be easy to obtain if you go to most archives.
Or get a bootable operating system and bake it whole,
Of course, there should be a CDR/W.
