Hello, I'm always getting a lot of information from Daemo.
I wish you all the best.^^

What I'm asking is not about me, but about my father.
In particular, I would appreciate it if Noraba could answer.
My father is 62 years old this year and 61 years old.
My father did not show hair loss, but has recently shown symptoms similar to hair loss.
First, the hair on the top of the head has decreased a lot, and the hair on the top of the ear has become thin. And once you wash your hair or sleep and wake up, your hair loses 20-30 strands.
My father is currently in the countryside for work, and although there is no dermatologist nearby, he is reluctant to go to the dermatologist.
So I was rather worried, so I asked you this.

I wondered if my father was genotype hair loss,
Among Daemo's writings, I saw that genetic hair loss does not start well after the age of 45, and I saw that hair loss that starts in the 50s and 60s is due to aging rather than genetic hair loss.
If my father thinks that it's hair loss due to aging, the hair on the top of his head, which is characterized by genetic hair loss, is noticeably reduced and he loses a lot of hair,
Currently, the local environment in which my father lives is so poor that a colleague from the same company has shingles due to decreased immunity.. I don't know if it's hair loss from this situation.. Also, the hair that falls out is usually called thick and long hair.
It was a long editorial^^ So, I would like to ask you if my father, who is 62, can have hereditary hair loss at his age, if he has hereditary hair loss, can he take medicine at his age, and if not, what treatment is available.
