Does the seborrheic scalp always get dandruffy?

I have seborrheic scalp.. I was so dandruffy when I was a senior in high school..

When I really scratch it, it keeps coming out.. You're scratching so much that you're gonna bleed later..

But at some point, I can't get dandruff.. Instead, I keep putting on the dog oil..

I'm 23 years old now, but I don't have any dandruff at all.. I'm just keeping the oil on

My scalp is a little red... The top of the head is fine, but the top and the front are a lot like that..

Obviously, the seborrheic scalp is the scalp.. I think it's something different when I see the dandruff not coming out at all..

But the important thing is.. It's a feeling that the overall condition is worse than the scalp that had a lot of dandruff in the past..

I had dandruff at the time, but my scalp felt a bit elastic..

Right now, I feel like I'm in a really bad condition.. Should I say it's gone.. -_-

It feels like my scalp fought a hard fight and ended up giving up and reaching the present..
