Does prp or mesotherapy work on thinning hair?

In hospitals, prp is rarely used, and mesotherapy is often used as a treatment

As a result of referring to the writings of DAEDAMO members, it seems that these are very inefficient.

The fundamental solution to hair loss is oral medication and minoxidil (I agree with this)

But I'm so curious if mesotherapy or prp is less efficient, has no effect, or is it worse.

I'd like to get it if it could help me

There are cases where it's for cosmetic purposes, not for treatment, but I want to know if it helps or not for hair follicles
