[Concerns & Counseling] Will I be able to maintain it if I just take the medicine?

I had surgery while my hair loss was quite advanced. M-sha, of course, had hair loss to the top of the head....
I had three consultations, but I was disappointed when they told me not to operate because it had already progressed a lot.
The hospital I visited for the third time asked me to do surgery, so I was a little puzzled, but he said let's plant 3,000 hairs in the front, take medicine, and watch. If it's not good, I said let's have a second operation.
First of all, I trusted and did it. It's been 142 days since the surgery.
The forehead still looks wide, but the transplant is about 2cm long and dense. The interesting thing is that the top of the head got so good. I'm very satisfied.
It's been 4 months since I took the medication, but if I keep taking the medicine (taking the copy medicine), will it be able to maintain it without progressing anymore?
I'm incredibly happy now, but I'm worried about what's going to happen later, so I'm posting it. If anyone can let me know thank you.......^^
