This is the last picture I took before I started my hair loss treatment.

I originally have thin, thin curly hair.
As you may know if you have malignant wrinkles, the scalp does not emit heat well, so there are a lot of pimples on the scalp, and even if you don't take care of it a little, you get scalp inflammation. I've always been told that my scalp is red.

I knew that the top of my head was empty, but actually, people around me didn't talk about it, and the side that looks in the mirror every day is toward the front, so I lived without taking care of it.

I started taking care of it in March with Proficia + Logain Foam + Pantomona Nutrition + Head & Shoulder Clinical Strength + Doctor for Hair Polyzen Shampoo, and I still feel it's natural but nothing has changed.

I have to apply some medicine anyway, and I said shading could come, so I pushed it with a 6mm reflector from the head. Thanks to this, it's easier to apply login foam. I think it's growing closer to 1cm, so I think I'm gradually putting Rogain foam on my hair rather than putting it exactly on my scalp, so I'm thinking about just shaving 3mm or shaved my head for about a year.
It's important not to get stressed, so I think I'll kill two birds with one stone if I can't see my hair falling out. It's a shame that the head shape isn't pretty.

Logainfoam is applied morning and evening as much as half the lid (though actually it always uses 2/3 of the lid) as it is set.
Strangely, the index finger that applies Rogain foam stays in the bath for a long time after applying it It's crumpled like the skin that came out.
I think I saw a post from someone here saying that the skin on his finger is peeled off, is this what it's supposed to be like? I'm thinking about using a finger thimble.

Then I saw seborrheic scalp inflammation on the Internet (before that, I didn't even know if my hair was oily or dry) and I decided to start with two shampoos that are often mentioned in many places.
Heads and shoulders are not to be used every dayI added one more type because it's long.

I only searched for information on several blogs and YouTube, and I joined because I thought I would get strength from people who have similar concerns and similar treatments.
