[Concerns & Counseling] Can I get a Hair Transplant at this level?

I've been taking drugs for almost 8 years since I was 20 years old. I'm stressed that the top of my head is too low volume and flat.. Will this be possible?? Or would it be more efficient to be bald and plant?? I want to enjoy my youth when I'm a little young.. I'm worried that my existing hair will get hurt or the expected effects of surgery will be great
