Is there a big difference in skills between the provinces and Seoul?

And do I have to go to the hospital again after the m-shaped transplant?

It's too far to go to Seoul because I live in the countryside, but if I go to the hospital every day after the m-shaped transplant, it's practically impossible to go to Seoul..
