I've been doing Aval Shampoo with regular shampoo and Bon Shampoo with Head and Shoulder Shampoo for two months. Then I thought it was too dry, so I did both Aval Shampoo and Bon Shampoo with regular shampoo, and today I used Head & Shoulder again... My scalp is red and I have acne. My scalp hurts and it stings.
Is it because it's too dry? I've never had my scalp red before, but I feel bad and I'm so scared. I don't know why I'm taking care of it and my scalp is getting worse....
