I thought I was doing well after the discharge of Dutasteride, which I ate for 6 months in the military, but I'm losing a lot of my hair again these days, so I'm eating pinjub, democratic, and panto biotin. However, I'm stressed out because I lost too much of my hair, maybe because of the shading phenomenon.
