I cut my hair 6mm and grew it a little less than two months ago

I didn't care about it, but after hitting my hair short, I looked in the mirror and saw something cut, so I'm asking this question to the members
There is no hair loss on my mother's side or in my immediate family
The three pictures above are today's pictures, and the rest are before or two months ago

Is this an early M-shaped hair loss symptom?
I'm worried because I'm in my 30s and I have a lot of friends with hair loss

Ps. I'm currently in a rehabilitation hospital and in a wheelchair, so I can't go to the hospital (to be hospitalized for three months)
