I ate Pina for 3 years and now I'm in my 3rd year of Avodat
Emza hair loss in progress..
I feel like I'm losing more weight today, so I'm going to upload it again for recording.

Avodat, multivitamin, login foam, refield (advertisement cosmetics), banana pack, foot bath, sometimes self acupuncture
We are currently managing it like this. Actually, I don't know what it means other than the Avodatrotainform, but I feel like I'm doing something from a desperate standpoint.
I think it would be nice to just add exercise here, but your body doesn't follow well.. I've been posting about 4 years of post for emza records and I definitely see more of them falling out..
I felt the reality well today
