I'm a man in his early 30s.

Other than having a week's break to change the pinacap medication in the middle
I ate it for about seven months.
(To be exact, I was taking combination pills in the beginning, but I was worried about my health, so I only took Pina series instead of Aldactone Minokjeong)

The current hair is clear and it's as thick as two fingers
My forehead line is about a centimeter backward compared to when I was in my late 20s
My family has a family history

But recently, every time I wash my hair, I lose more than 100 strands.
I've counted the ones that I've lost in the last 10 days

I'm also taking medicine, but why is it like this?
Is it just because it's in-between seasons, or is the hair loss so strong that I don't even take medicine
