It's been 7 years since I split Pinasta by 4/1 since I was in my mid-20s
I posted it while I didn't feel the effects for the 3rd year
I've been told to take it consistently and I've been taking it for 7 years
I've been washing my hair in the morning and evening, but I feel like my hair is losing weight
