biotin (+L cystin)
Lcystin is the component of keratin, and biotin is the nutrient that helps hair production.
At first, I thought about simple biotin high-content products and Lcystin biotin products.
The conclusion was decided by a product (Dr. Adol) containing Lcystin+biotin+beer yeast.
I liked it because it was annoying, and the doctor also seemed to eat it in the hospital.
Minoxidil says that taking biotin is a national rule for nutritional supplements, but when I tried it, I found out why.

Omega 3
There's some relationship between blood circulation and hair loss, so more people are eating it than you think

Vitamin D (+Zinc)
