In my 20s, I tried to eat it, but I didn't eat it due to cost and side effects, but in my 30s, when I look at my hair, my bangs rise a lot, and even the top of my head should not be shallow, so I took hair loss medicine.
It has side effects, but I think it's an inevitable choice to protect my head... I should've eaten it since I was in my 20s.. I regret doing that.

I'm eating from now on, so I'm going to eat consistently.
