I'm a man who turned 26 this year.. I've been losing a lot of hair lately, and once I take a shower, I have a lot of tangled hair on the floor(Sighs).. It's been about 8 months since I took the Pina series for about a year and changed to Dutta. I'm managing it with biotin, beer yeast nutritional supplements, and lg Prairie Medi hair, but I can't find a way to do it because it keeps on running, let alone maintaining it.. What should I do
