Hello, I'm a 26-year-old male I'm worried that I lost a lot of hair on the top of my head at a young age crying
Actually, hair loss is also a concern, but the bigger concern is dandruff.
I've been using head and shoulder direct purchase, but it's not very effective I'm eating while controlling my diet
I change the pillowcase once a day and dry it thoroughly after shampooing, but the dandruff doesn't go away
I'm so stressed that I'm thinking about getting dandruff prescription at the hospital.
I don't think shampoo works well

Because of dandruff, hair loss seems to be progressing faster
