The top of my head is like that even though I'm on medication because of the m shape.. When I was young, the top of my head was torn and twisted, and even considering that, I think the top of my head is empty. I've been comfortable with the plan to keep only the M-shaped forehead and have hair transplants later, but seeing the top of my head makes me feel bad...
