After I was prescribed medicine, I grew my hair long, got a perm, and my lifestyle changed, so I washed my hair only twice, but recently, there were many changes, such as washing only once

But when I opened my eyes, it didn't seem to have much effect

I didn't go to the dermatologist at first, but I went to another dermatologist and showed you the picture of the top of my head
