[Concerns & Counseling] a minor Hair Transplant

I am currently a minor who is going up to the second year of high school. I'm at an age where I like to decorate, and I'm under a lot of stress because of my forehead that's too wide.
I also like exercising, but I tend to look around whenever I do outdoor activities, and I try to work out indoors as much as possible.. Also, when I wake up after sleeping for a while, my hair is tangled, so I've never been to a study cafe to take a nap. So I'm looking for a Hair Transplant hospital after discussing with my parents, but there are not many hospitals that do underage treatment. I live in a rural area, so I can't go to the hospitals in Seoul often, is there a hospital that even minors can do the procedure?
