They say it doesn't matter whether it's after a meal or not, but will it be less burdensome to eat after a meal than to eat on an empty stomach? I thought I felt tired when I ate it, so I ate it before I went to bed at night, but I couldn't eat it when I had a drinking appointment, so I thought about switching to eating it on an empty stomach as soon as I woke up
