<After surgery>
I took a good rest because I heard eating well and sleeping well are good for recovery
When I have to go out, I wear a ball cap or hat in a generous size and go out for a while I had surgery at Rabien Plastic Surgery last Thursday, so today is the first week. I did about 1908 by incision, but the pain wasn't severe the night of the surgery, and I could live my daily life the next day. For those who work, I recommend you to take a rest for about 3 days. You have to keep spraying the hair spray, and the 3 days after hair transplantation are the most important for frostbite. It's not good to overdo it
I set a timer on my phone because it's vacation and spray it every 30 minutes! After the surgery, I visited the hospital the next day, removed the gauze from the incision and got shampoo, and the doctor taught me how to shampoo, so I shampooed myself from then on! I'm doing fingerprint shaving for the back of my hair as usual and don't touch the transplant area, so I'm doing the transplant area with mild water pressure lukewarm water while being as careful as possible, but I'm not sure if my hair is being washed properly...LOL. The itch is getting worse these days, so I'll have to put up with it, thinking it's part of the recovery process Hair transplantation is not easy
