21?22? I got m-shape and crown hair loss, so I started with Propecia and changed it to 24-year-old-25 year-old Avodat. Due to the strong medication, Avodat was effective even if I didn't take it once a day, and depending on my actual hair condition, I could take one pill every three days to one every two weeks or control it freely, and I kept my hair in a satisfactory state. I'm 32 years old now as of today and I've been off medication for almost 3 weeks around September. It's been 90 days since I lost my m-shaped hair during my daily life, so I gradually increased the number of medications I took again and increased it to one pill a day because I didn't have any energy in my head (from then on, I lost my m-shaped hair carrying my m-shaped hair), but the hair keeps shrinking and thinning, and the top of my head and the m-shaped range are getting wider. Should I try a little more.. Or did my oil field suddenly become too powerful... ha...It's really hard... I've tried minok, but I haven't made much progress.
