I'm a man who turned 28 a month ago after his birthday
I went to 2 dermatologists and 1 hair loss clinic in November, 2023
Not one of the two dermatologists, but the other is right
I didn't specialize in hair loss I felt like I lost weight because I was on a diet after COVID-19
I went to the hair loss hospital last December, 24, and the doctor there said it was ambiguous, so I told him to come back when it gets worse I think it increased a little more than last year
For me, first of all, I have a family history, but I don't think I have any other grandparents

I don't have an "m" shape at all, and I think the front part of my hair has gotten a little thinner. (I parted my hair on purpose so that the top of my head looks better.) If I lose hair, I have to write down the top of my head, but I think the sides and the back of my head are similar

Usually, I think I have 1 to 4 hairs in my pores, but I think I only have 1 hair
When you take a hair loss test, you take it up close? I checked it with a microscope and they said it wasn't hair loss because the top of the head and the back of the head were thick and the hair was almost the same

And I think I lose less than 50 hair a day, but on days when I want to lose some hair, if I don't wash my hair, it becomes oily and my pores lose some hair maybe because of the oil It doesn't come off easily when I wash my hair
I don't think this is a typical male hair loss. Is this a two-wave type or just aging? I think it's just natural hair loss due to aging when you turn 28, so you can take medicine if you get hair loss, but if it's not, it's meaningless. Is there a case like me?
