Hello, I'm 27 years old born in 1999 and I think I'm losing hair recently because the top of my head is empty. Grandmother's father has hair loss and has a genetic history.. So, I took pinasteride copy medicine 3 years ago, but I had severe side effects, so I took it for a month and quit, but recently, I think it's been a while. I looked it up and found out that pinasteride was also released about a year ago, so I'm thinking about spraying it I don't know if spraying has any side effects.. And I wonder if it's hair loss or hair loss on the top of the head I'd appreciate it if you could give me a diagnosis and suggestion before going to the dermatologist
