I started taking medication because the amount of hair that fell out when I washed my hair was unusual..

I was diagnosed with male hair loss and started eating it, but there are still so many things to lose (more than 50 when I wash it) ㅠㅠ하던데 I heard that hair loss gets worse at the beginning of taking it and it comes back, when will it come back? ㅠㅠ걱정 I'm very worried.. Additionally, I feel like I'm pulling the top of my head, does anyone else have the same symptoms??
