Hello, I'm a student who is 22 years old and is currently serving in the military.
Hair loss started in the third year of high school when I was most stressed, and even after taking a leave of absence, hair loss is not getting better. I bleached my hair once before, and I feel like it's gotten worse since then.
The overall symptoms are:
1. diffuse (androgen) hair loss from the top of the head
2. The overall reduction of hair thickness and the reduction of hair thickness (the head image is visible from the front)
I'm having a really hard time because of that.
I've had a couple of girlfriends up until high school, but I'm losing my hair... Is it because of your hair or because of your diminished self-esteem and the defensive personality changes that result from the loss of your hair... Even if you try to think positively, it's really hard.
The medication you are currently taking is:
1. Abodot → Change to Finjube (side effect)
2. Minoxidil (Organic/Eating + Applying)
3. My-noxil supplements
4. Evastel tablet (anti-histamine)
It is.
In addition, I am taking biotin and vitamin D hard. I'm using Gravity for shampoo.. After that, apply the treatment (siliconex) and wash it, and dry it with protein ampoule when drying your hair.
I'm really asking for help with the feeling of catching straws. Please, how can I get better? Any advice would be appreciated.
