I was on a diet to starve in 2018, but my entire hair, which was thick and shiny, got thinner and lost a lot.. It's been about six months since I was discharged from the military, after I ate the Pina series for a year, and changed it to the Dutta seriesㅠ I'm putting on some log-in foam before I go to bed.
