[Concerns & Counseling] I'm worried about my oily scalp

Since around March, my scalp has gotten really bad, I thought maybe it's because I ran out of scalp shampoos, so I changed my shampoo..
Oh.. Even after I changed it, I didn't get any better. Even if I washed my hair, it was shiny and thick, and even if I shampooed it twice, it didn't get any better
My dermatologist told me that I can use strong drugs, but there are side effects that dry out (for example, my nose is dry, so I can get a nosebleed)
Crucially, I was prescribed Duo PEN, which is used for nizoral and scalp inflammation, because it could lead to worse hair loss
But as you all know, Nizoral is not usually a strong drug, so should you go to a scalp care place where you do scalp scaling
Still, I'm looking for a dermatologist because I don't know where I should go, but it's not something I usually worry about
