I am an 18-year-old male high school student.
It was okay until last year, and I feel that my hair is thinning and losing a lot from the beginning of this year. Originally, I had an "m" shape on my head, but it seems to be going up and down, and I can feel the loss of my hair a lot.
I know the best way is to go to the hospital and get some medicine, but is there any other way? I would appreciate it if you could tell me what exercise you recommend, food, or good shampoo.
And I was wondering if anyone has alleviated their hair loss without medication.
