[Concerns & Counseling] Is it possible to transplant hair as it is now?

Originally, I had M-shaped hair loss, and once or twice a year I had severe dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis with severe scalp), but recently I managed to calm it down using Nizoral because of the no use of hospital prescription dandruff shampoos. However, there is a feeling that the hair continues to be thin and you can clearly feel the hair falling out. I checked the floor of the room, the bathroom floor where I wash my hair, and the head of the hair salon. I thought I had everything like hair loss shampoos, so I've been shampooing mainly with hair loss shampoos, but after this dandruff, my hair seems to continue to grow thin. Is it okay to transplant hair in this state? I'm going to do the m-shape and the top of the head for the transplant.
