I washed my hair in the morning
I only apply Rogain Foam once in the evening.
I put 1g on it.
I want to increase the amount and apply it twice in the morning and evening.
If I want to apply it in the morning, can I apply it after washing my hair?
If you apply it on the top of your head, it feels oily
