It started about 4 months ago and flew 80%

First one-shot circular hair loss occurred, and then after multiple, there's no answer to whether it overlapped with resting hair loss

The back and side of the head flew away, and now the top of the head is thinned.

I'm getting steroid injections, and I started login foam 3 weeks ago

Now, the amount that falls out a day has been reduced to within 100 strands, including a daily shamp. I don't think there's any hair that's going to fall out, but it's fascinating and angry.

Is there any other way to treat it or recommended treatment
