At first, I thought it would be managed to some extent if I just take hair loss medicine, but the more I look for this and that, the more I get confused.

I don't think it's very bad right now, but the top of the head looks a little empty compared to before, and my hair seems to have gotten thinner overall. However, it is expensive to start treatment, and I hesitate because I am afraid that I will be recommended for excessive treatment.

On the contrary, I'm worried that if I take only hair loss medicine and proceed further, it'll be too late by then. I wonder if the medicine is enough or if it is better to combine treatment such as scalp care or injections.
