Turkish plastic surgeon Emin Tunkai said that the cause of hair loss is gravity pulling the skin layer of the scalp.
At a young age, there is fat tissue under the scalp skin layer, which can maintain the moisture layer well and reduce the pressure delivered to the hair follicles, but as you get older, the skin and fat layer become thinner and the pressure delivered to the hair follicles increases. It is argued that hair loss can occur for this reason.

[My personal opinion]
Although it is a related article published citing the effects of gravity as the cause of hair loss, I read that the only solution is the existing genetic history, hormonal problems, gravity, and continuous scalp management and DHT suppression, whatever the cause.
