From the time I thought I had hair loss, I grabbed my hair and pulled it several times Then it comes out like 1-3 strands at a time.
I have a habit of pulling it dozens of times because I'm curious about how much it will fall out.
Do you try to pull it too?
Then how much did you lose?
I think if I pull it dozens of times, I lose about 50 strands...Does it lose a lot of weight abnormally?
Is it not good to pull it like this? I saw it in a book that it's okay. I heard it's hair that's going to fall out anyway
