[Concerns & Counseling] Is there a correlation between hair loss and body hair?

Hello. I'm still a beginner, so I'd like to ask you a question;;

First of all, there is no baldness in my family's mother's family.
It can be called hair loss because my father has lost some of his hair. It's not an em-shape, but hair loss that's getting thinner

Since I was young, my family's parents have a lot of hair, body, and hair. So when I had a lot of hair and went around getting my hair cut, I was jokingly told that it was difficult to get scissors because I had too much hair and too thick;;
Even now, my arm, leg, face, and beard are so hairy that it's a complex, and I'm worried if I should laser hair removal; my forehead is broad, but I've never worried about hair loss.

However, when I lived alone in my mid-20s, I couldn't eat well because I didn't have enough money and enjoyed it too much with my lover, so my body became weak enough to suffer from shingles and other diseases. And at this time, the shampoo was almost using a strange cheap detergent, so my hair seemed to be falling out little by little, and then I started to see emzar hair loss. Even when I was young, my hair often fell out, so I didn't know much. When I was young, I had so much hair and was thick, and like my family history, my brother and mother lost their hair easily.
I thought I was just rolling my body so much that I had hair loss, and I'm still neglecting it to this day;;;; I don't think hair loss has progressed since then, but I'm not sure

In conclusion, I don't know if this hair loss is genetic or if it's caused by hard work, can I get a professional diagnosis if I just go to the dermatologist?
Or should I go to a hair loss hospital and get a diagnosis?
Lastly, does having a lot of hair and growing a lot have nothing to do with hair?
