I've been on medication for almost four years. I'm in my late 20s.

The top of the head is 10cm wide

At first, I shaved my head 12mm and then it was obvious, so I gradually cut it 6mm and 3mm

I even finished 1mm.

I thought shaved my head looked good on me to some extent, so I was just going to go around.

Still, I wear a hat all day because I have a lot of hair loss.

The top of the head is only 10cm in diameter and the rest is black ㅜㅜ

Is it a shortcut to making it worse?
