Therefore, we explained to the guardian the results of the test so far and explained that other tests will be performed while controlling the patient's symptoms (thorax, area, vomiting).

The patient's symptoms, which showed improvement by administering painkillers and emphysema, resumed around 0:20 on the 22nd, and after administering painkillers and emphysema, he explained to his guardian that it would be better to perform a gastroscopy to check for abnormalities in the gastrointestinal system such as reflux esophagitis and peptic ulcer because nausea and vomiting continue to appear on the test.

Until the morning of February 22nd, the patient had a slight pulse rate, no other specific findings, and his chest pain had improved significantly. During the morning round, a gastroscopy was performed at 9:30 a.m. to exclude gastrointestinal diseases such as reflux esophagitis and peptic ulcer. After the gastroscopy, the patient was admitted to the internal medicine department because the food was stored in the stomach despite the long fasting, and the electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme tests performed again in the emergency room were also normal, The patient was relatively stable until he went up to the hospital room, laughing and talking with his guardian, and going to and from the bathroom without following the doctor's instructions to be stable. Around 6 p.m., three physicians in charge made a round to examine the patient's condition again, but the patient did not complain of severe pain, and the guardian (mother) and the patient decided to explain why the echocardiography was delayed and to conduct the echocardiography the next day. At that time, the patient's mother complained about not being able to make a definitive diagnosis even after 24 hours of coming to the hospital, but she explained that depending on the disease, it can be easily diagnosed with examination findings and simple tests, sometimes it takes a complicated test to diagnose and sometimes it takes a long time. He came back around 6 p.m. to check the patient's condition, and after making the rounds with his chief doctor around 6:30 p.m., the chief made the rounds around 7:30 p.m. At the time of the round, the patient was sitting on the bed and explained to the guardian (father) that the cause of the fever could be pericarditis, endocarditis, and inflammation of the digestive system. Based on the results of the echocardiography scheduled for the morning, if there was an abnormality in the heart, the patient was considered to be transferred to another hospital. A sudden heart attack occurred at 8:15 a.m., and tracheal intubation and CPR were performed immediately, but there was no response, so the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit and continued CPR
