I didn't have a lot of hair.
I think I've been like that since I was young. The hair came out really well.
Once in high school, a teacher grabbed a gouretnaru next to me and dangled it, but about 30 fell out even though it didn't hurt. I remember how embarrassed the teacher was at that time.
I don't think I have a lot of oil on my head..I don't know the nature of the scalp.
I really lost a lot of my hair in the military. And my forehead got very wide. I thought everyone would be bald.
I didn't do that before I went to the army..
Maybe when I was wearing the helmet, all the hair fell out as much as the part fixed to the forehead inside the helmet.
So I was discharged from the military, but how did my old hair go, and when my hair flew in the spring wind once, my hair was crushed. My hair is straight. I used to have straight hair, but I went to the armySince then, my hair has become very thin, so it's twisted and clumped together, and it's no joke. After five months of social life, my hair fell out. I feel like I've lost all my hair in the army. At that time, I lost 100 when I washed my hair. I didn't want to catch a cold. So I was wondering if there was any good soap, but you know that. A soap called Im Chang Jung Soap. The fact that the oil comes out completely, it also prevents hair loss. Soap made from grain seeds. So I used it, but I got a weird bump on my head. It's swollen tightly. And my forehead is shining, but I still used two things that cost 15,000 won per soap while believing in it. Crazy..
Then, I came across the bald club and saw various information, and I heard that Shamp is better than soap. At that moment, I thought, "Ah!"
If you wrap it with soap, the oil escapes, so it feels tighter. If you wind it with a shamp, it droops weakly. That's why I thought soap was better. I've only used soap for decades, but now I don't use soap when I wash up. I heard that if the soap powder gets into my pores and gets clogged up, I get pimples. Your skin must be that bad, but I don't think the fine soap powder on your hair scalp will wash well. First of all, the soap is alkaline and the shampoo is slightly acidic. It's called mild acidity that's good for your skin, right?
Anyway, I threw out the soap and ended up using only Shamp. So I lost about 50 of them. Then my mother bought a foreign-made shampoo and used it at a high price, but it fell out a lot..ㅡㅡ
These days, I don't lose even 10 hair when I wash my hair.. I have a habit of grabbing my hair and pulling it out lightly, and every time I did it, I always had one or two between my fingers, but now it comes out sometimes. When I washed my hair with a shamp at the beginning, I didn't know how to get rid of the wind, but even if I put on a mousse, it was like that. I've been washing my hair once a day for 5 months steadily, and my hair has become stiff. Oh, I have a lot of fine hair on my forehead. If you have a camera, I'll show you.. My hair is really long There are a lot of new ones on the forehead (1/2 length of long bangs).. Your forehead also narrows a lot. It almost became an M, but now it's almost.
I feel like the Shamp is good. I don't do things like beans or anything. Do you want me to teach you my lifestyle?
I always drink milk in the morning and in the evening. I order it to be delivered to the milk shop and drink it. I don't smoke any cigarettes. It was hard to break. And they told me to drink a lot of water because it's not good to have a high fever. If the body lacks moisture, the hair on the scalp loses water to grind. So I always drink bottled water or water all at once. And I use a lot of shampoos to choose from. Some shampers show you losing your hair after about two weeks. I'm most satisfied right now (about 5 after washing my hair?) but I didn't buy it. I got it as a sample. It's from LG, and the top is white in a blue container. If you look at the container, it emphasizes moisture too much. I think it's a product that put more effort into moisture than vitamins like other shampoos. Anyway, I don't know if it's because of this shamp, but it works well. Now I'm back to my form before I go to the army. That was my experience.
