Hello..I've almost lost my hair in 3 months and I'm living in a panic.ㅜㅜ

What did you do wrong..I don't know if you're giving me this big ordeal...

I have difficulties in my work life, and I take off my hat and work out at the gym I was attending
People are looking at me once in a while..
I heard that the stress is causing hair loss..Rather, I'm more stressed out.

I think it's extremely rare to have this sudden occurrence in three months.
Looking at the cases..
(Found in mid-April this year~ Until now..)

So why am I like this?? Come to think of it, there are signs that I can guess.

I hit my head hard on the edge of the sign while washing my car in January this year..
I didn't tear my head at that time, but I had a big wound..To the point where I get a piggyback...
I was really worried..I'm stressed out..I was wondering if it would be a big deal..

So when I went to the dermatologist, he gave me an ointment to apply after taking medicine..
The only medicine I received at that time was antibiotics.. I wonder if that antibiotic was a potent antibiotic at the time.

And the doctor at the alopecia hospital told me that there must have been a sign of abnormality three months before the hair loss
They told me.
Is that why? I thought about it to myself.
That's why..

And I got another knee injury in early April..It's probably the biggest bump I've ever had in my life..
So I got casts and took orthopedic medicine for about 2 weeks..
I analyzed it again by myself, wondering if I lost my hair due to the extreme stress and orthopedic drugs I received at that time..
So in conclusion, I think I lost my hair probably because of the tremendous stress and anxiety.

And as my lifestyle became lazy, my stomach started to come out..If you have a lot of fat, your immune system
They said it was falling..Your metabolism is probably ruined..
I think it's all twisted.

So, in addition to hair loss treatment, I am working hard on diet control and exercise.

And a ray of hope..

I looked in the mirror today, and I saw the back and front solder spots where the first solder started
I can see your hair coming up..
So I was like, "Are you kidding me with your hair?"That's what I'm thinking..
When do you lose all of your weight in three months... and when you lose all of your weight, you're born again..

Please I hope it's all over my head again..
