Top of the head hair exosome injection? Would it be good

At some point, the top of my head became very empty, so I have been prescribed and taking PPE drugs since a year ago.
I recently bought Minoxidil and started applying it
When I see people passing by, I only see the top of my head...
Gangnam NHH hospital said last week that it would get better if I got an exosome injection or a shot on the top of my head, so it's a huge amount, but I really wanted to recover, so I paid 10 times and got one
I heard it's only effective after a while, but when I look at the empty top, I'm not confident Do injections give me a new head...I really want it, but there are so many things that vary from person to person, so I'm askingcrying
I'm curious that most of them have hair transplants
I'm in my early 30s, and I'm so upset...
