<a management battle>
<After management>
I was also worried about the M shape, but it's been about 8 months since I started taking care of it because it's getting stressful to look empty near the top of my head. I felt limited while only taking medicine, so I'm receiving injection treatment and management together.
At first, I was honestly worried that I was a man, that the place that felt like a management room would be burdensome, but this place was quiet and private overall, so that part was the most convenient. It wasn't a factory-style feeling with a lot of people, but it was good because there was a lot of reservation space and it wasn't chaotic when receiving management.
The picture is before/after, but when you see it in person, the feeling of the empty top of the head has definitely been reduced.
In particular, when I washed and dried my hair, my scalp looked a lot see-through along my hair, but now I feel less stressed when styling and I feel more voluminous than before.
I felt like I was gradually getting better as the amount of loss decreased and the overall feeling was filled. I think it's helped that I've been consistently managed.
If you are worried about the top of your head, I think it's okay to start taking care of it before it's too late.
And I'm also going to have an M-shaped Hair Transplant in November, so I'm taking care of my hair and the top of my head and scalp overall. If you are thinking of transplanting, it would be okay to manage it before it's too late.
