Hello. I've been wearing partial wigs since around 2009, but I've been wearing them since 2023 last year. I got a full wig from a parent company in Seoul about two weeks ago. After drying the wig, I think the wig pattern is wrong, the position of the gurenaru is not right, and the gurenaru part is insufficient, so the skin is reflected and the wig root dots are visible. The company cuts the skin It is said to increase hair growth in short parts, but if you squeeze the skin, it is not natural because there is not enough hair coming out from the side. If you add hair growth, the root of the hair that grows thick comes out of the skin, unlike when you first come out of the factory. Nevertheless, it is said that it will be repaired, let alone refunded, but even if it is repaired, the width of the left and right gouretnaru will not match.
I can't accept how you can just repair a new product. It's not a cosmetic problem, it's a structural major combination. If you cut it, the width on the left will be the same and the width on the right will narrow.
