We have opened a new store at the Busan Bujeon branch...
At the end of this event, I sincerely thank DaMo members..
There were a lot of shortcomings not long after it opened, but thank you so much to the members who trusted and found me..
It's not a more spacious and plausible office, but I'll never forget my products and the fact that you trusted me..
On the other hand, I am ashamed and sorry for visiting such a shabby office..But as much as you trust me, I hope you don't go against my expectations... I will do my best like a family..
And I felt a lot of things at the end of this event.. I think those were the biggest things I didn't feel when I worked at a large company...
Should I say that I got to know the customers' feelings more honestly during the consultation? I felt a lot of things when I read comments and counseling..
In that, I could feel disappointment with the wig company, and I could feel the pain of each customer..
What I want to keep in mind while doing this event is
Whether the wig is good or the technology is bad, I shouldn't be the kind of merchant who takes advantage of the pain of the customer...
I've come to realize that being honest is the biggest trust, property, and the best service I can do for my customers, regardless of the wig..
As I sometimes tell you while posting comments, I can make a company with advanced customer's cool-headed criticism..
There are many customers who feel sorry and cannot speak even if they are dissatisfied due to human exchanges.. It doesn't work in a smart way.
If anything is wrong, please take the plunge and encourage me...
