I've been using Company M's product for a year and three months. I recently dyed my hair at a branch because the color seemed a little faded, but the front part of the skin turned black and I almost couldn't use it. I wrote on company M's customer bulletin board, but there was no contact with the world. I can't get compensation for this, and it's very difficult. I don't think the designer dyed it sincerely. Please be careful when you dye your hair.
