I'm going to change it to a tape style

It's been less than a month since I used the stationary...
I'm thinking about switching to a tape type.

I have questions, so I'm leaving a post like this.
It is true that the adhesion is weaker than that of the fixed type, but to what extent does it weaken?
1)How much exercise is possible? (Can swimming, sauna, and soccer?)
2)Is it possible to live without changing the tape for 1 night and 2 days?(Also, is there any problem with washing and drying my hair while sticking together?)

And lastly, if I have a fixed diet, shouldn't I go to get care every three to four weeks? But if I do tape-type, is the reason I'm going to the company to trim my hair around me?
I would also like to know how much money you spend on tape per month if you have a tape diet!
