Do I need to change the tape every day?

This is the first time I've had my bangs tapered..

The day I put the tape on, it was okay

But the next day, I heated up the tape and used it

It sticks, but.. I'm sweating a little, so I'm falling off quickly..

Please let me know if I need to change it every day or if there is a way I can use it for a few days.
